I've noticed healing barrels aren't healing you that much in Legends PVE. Just have run Bludhaven LPVE and healing barrels gave me 83 health per tic, and it didn't feel usefull at all while fighting with adds. I'm not trying to say that Legends PVEs are hard, but it would be a nice addition if barrels healed abit more. A possible reason is that barrels healing effect depends on CR and i can't say if it works the right way, it feels like it healing 34CR player. I may be wrong but i think in Legends your stats are higher then average 34CR player and healing barrels should be adjusted for LPVE.
