Loooooong Health Bar after armory change

when i switch between armory builds, my green health bar extends beyond its capacity. 2 screenshots supplied below - 1st is slightly past changing to a dps armory, 2nd is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay long into my heals build.

1. you can see a little green to the top right of the 30 next to my name

meant to say that it reset to normal after 3-4 seconds from armory change.

this happens to me as well! thought it was my laptop!

This happens to me as well. Doesn't really seem to affect anything and it returns to normal fairly quickly so I haven't been real concerned. Looks weird though.

I usually get it when I am switching for my PvP gear to my PvE gear.
