Having this issue for the longest time, don't know what to do. I run the game on my PC full screen mode, when I teleport, instead of getting a nice pictures for my load screen, my screen just becomes darkens of whatever was the last scene with the loading circle spinning. However if I run the game in window mode, then the pictures shows up fine for the load screen. Is there some settings that I missed? or some hidden values I have to set for load screen pictures to show up on full screen mode? Thanks -Hobs
You are only the third player reporting this: https://dgcissuetracker.com/browse/DC-312 This got closed because Daybreak Games cannot reproduce the bug when they set up a system with the information given in the issue. I will reopen the issue if you add more information with a comment. Especially the hardware you use may be relevant, your windows version. Which screen it is. What you can try is to update the WIndows components important for DCUO: NET Framework C++ Runtime library Direct x Torikumu is still playing and has the same problem. Maybe you both have something similar on your systems.
