Up till a few weeks ago, Hard Light's Entrap ( Defense Debuff ) had a perfectly fine range; Now i have to pretty much meet and greet the boss i'm trying to Debuff in order for it to stick. OR Is it sticking and not showing giving us visualization showing that it stuck? This wouldn't be a problem BUT the only other Defense Debuff I have is Whip Thrash, which is 50x worse.
