I do have a very limited data in that regard but it seems on PC with AMD graphics card lighting(for examle while the character is in Metropolis) goes darker once you preview locked style. For me with Nvidia card lighting always stay the same (considering it is in the same zone) and as far as I'm aware same goes for PlayStation so I assume this is an intended behavior. Not sure if it is an issue specific to AMD card or not because all the things listed here are the only 3 examples I know of.
Probably not at all related, but can you take a screenshot of your video/graphics settings? Does anyone else see this?

Do you need settings screenshots ffrom PC with AMD card that got lighting change? Or does the lighting change supposed to hapen and it is not working correctly for me instead?
