Legends Tier List?

Can anyone provide how they feel the characters are ranked? (top 10, maybe top 20)
yes I get it, you put enough time into anyone and can be good with them.

but realistically, some characters are just designed better than others.
don't feel like wasting marks on characters that are just designed worse than others.

I've been wondering where Green Arrow sits right now. I know that with 2 combo powers, especially since one is a stronger version of back flip that can be clipped, and his 4th power he has good burst damage potential, but I can't get a good idea of how he stacks up in the grand scheme of legends.

I think cheetah deserves an honorable mention.

The order of these might not necessarily be 100%, but I think this is the general list. Cheetah is an arguable choice, along with Amon Sur.

Cheetah would have made that list if her moves were not slow.

Circe should be near the top of everyone's list. If you use her right you can not only put out A LOT of damage but live twice as long as everyone else.

Just because she is on someone's list does not make her top tier.

I can't find a really good video of cheetah on you tube at least not one with any instructional value.

What is a good way to use her and how do you get her to heal herself I haven't figured that trick out yet?

The quick version:

She heals herself when she KO's someone with her finisher. It should heal equal to damage dealt.

Her other bonus is that her damage increases by 40%(?) when she goes below 35% health. So save your shield until then and use your soder when you're particularly low on health so you can keep your damage buff.

Longer version will have to wait either until I'm not on mobile or write the guide for her

Catwoman could easily beat Pre-Nerf Atro.

I wouldn't say "easily". That'd actually be a real stretch.

Not with Catwoman's burst damage. One counter could have knocked out Atro's health to 40%.
Depends on the Catwoman player of course and whether they know the proper counter punishment combo and know how to clip.

Atro didn't need to expose himself to counter mechanics.

He has to block against a Cat other wise he is not going to live long.

How so? Her good burst damage can only be used once per minute. And part of it is blockable.

Even if he does block, then we're going to have to bring the whole rolling thing into this.
