Legends PVP DLC Legends

The ones that were tied to DLCs (like Faust or Fate, Ursa, PGirl...etc) should be available for marks as if you owned the DLC you could buy them with marks before. Membership was only required for non base, non DLC ones. I'd guess this is more of an oversight like the treasure boxes that couldn't be opened the first few weeks of 'totally free' were. Just this is an oversight that lines their pockets...sooooo.

If you owned the DLCs that a few were attached to...you could buy with marks. I had Faust and Fate on an account I owned HOF on, but never subbed with.
