Is there a way to keep from being constantly knocked down during duels and PvP? The toon in question is munitions and is getting knocked down, which completely destroys his rotation, constantly.
I don't know munitions at all, but you likely have one or more interruptible moves in your rotation which allows the opposing player to interrupt you and knock you down. In the description of your powers it will tell you whether or not a particular move is interruptible. PvE rotations generally do not work at all for PvP, and if they do they need to be timed for when your opponents are in a vulnerable state (CC'd, knocked down etc). This is generally quite a small window of time which is why most PvE rotations do not work as you will not have enough time to finish your rotation before your opponent is no longer vulnerable and can attack you again. If you are able to post more information about the powers and or combos you are using someone might be able to give you more advice specific to your power set.
As Ice, PvP is more fast paced than rotation based. I go full precision when dpsing and have multiple shields in place with a weapon buff and a ST damage power.
