Unfortunately I do not have a way to provide proof, but maybe others have experienced a similar issue. I logged on today and noticed my Enhanced Forbidden Chains Box I had on the broker disappeared. A few hours before reset around the same time I acquired the box I randomly had about 8 new Time Capsules in my inventory after warping to hall of doom that I do not recall getting. I don't know if that was related to the box somehow. Is there a way I could report the issue since I don't have proof, would they be able to check mail logs? I know I had the Chains box, it was purchased from broker and I never opened it. EDIT: Disregard this whole post, I restarted the game and received the money for it selling.
