It’s time to let us join multiple leagues

Think of the Young Justice cartoons. They were their own group "Teen Titans", or "The Outsiders", or "Covert Group"...but still really part of the Justice League as they work side by side with them. We are asking for same thing. Think about it as a division of a league, or a department of a league...a sub-league.
