Is there comic book material in game?

I dont know if this is good place to ask this question...so sorry if i made mistake.
So the question is in the title. I think i have seen something like that in game but maybe i am wrong. So basically transparent material that doesnt change colors of your style, just gives that bold lines and smooth texture.
Is there anything like that in game?

No. There is a Nightmare Chroma that has bold lines but it's color locked.
