Is Earth Any Good For PvP?

I did some self testing and I could only get her to use it when I was encased. I also did some 2v2s and she never once activated it for the other person. You can tell when she activates it because she places a rock at your feet that pulses like totem. Overall I wasn't impressed.

Not a fan of Earth PVP tanking but can be viable for DPS if you can adapt your tactics to your enemy. I speak from experience of an Earth tank (me) going up against an Earth DPS.
