Probably after shutdown. I do wonder if people run the Superman stuff after reset will they be locked out of the Batman stuff later on Thursday ?

After maintenance as usual.

Run your Superman content before maintenance for extra marks.

But weeklies resets never come after shutdown they just come at reset time, so why the new raid wich is basically a weekly reset aswell would come only after shutdown?

Means if people do Fos2 after reset they will either be lootlocked from batcave, or either do batcave after fos and get loot, how the hell we don't have simple clarifications from the devs on that?

Clarification would be nice. But even if you get loot locked, you're better off running Science Spire and Phantom Zone.

You're over thinking it. Run Superman content after loot reset (before maintenance), then run the Batman content after maintenance. There shouldn't be a lock because it's completely separate content. Or don't, your choice.
