Per the description, it's supposed to add Burning to enemies in the nearby vicinity. It does not. Will upload video later today.
Fair enough - after a little verifying, yes, that part actually works, however - that turned up another issue: the Burn damage from Immolation is significantly weaker than from Inferno, Stoke Flames, and Enflame.
Its not really a damage superpower. Its really a shield with bonus damage over time. I only use it as a tank for the shield and to keep the adds attacking me burning.
That may be what you use it for, but I want to use it for other things and it has to work "better" for it to be useful for those things.
