I want to say something with control effects is prventing this. It generally seems to happen on adds instead of bosses.
Still doesnt explain why this hasnt been fixed yet when i have been reporting it for months, as well as other things
Mark my words, they are not fixing it because they will turn icey field into something like volatility.
