Hello, I wanted to know if you could help me with an issue regarding the launcher, I already uninstalled, deleted everything, and reinstalled the launcher and it keeps giving me the following problem which is that when I put in PLAY, the game appears to me is in progress and never starts .. the launcher disappears and the game will not open or appear anywhere .. thank you very much in advance
