Higher tier PVP items not showing up

    I'm not understanding. I went to the requisitions droid to continue getting tier 4 gear, but it's empty. Tier 3 isn't even here. I thought maybe since I had deleted some of my tier 3 gear without completing the t4 set that the game thought I hadn't completed tier 3 yet, but if that were the case I'd still see tier 3 armor.

    I only see T0 and T1 from the other vendors in the three wings
