Help with torn dress style

    Hi guys!

    I need help identifying a style please. The webpage for the Witching Hour seasonal event ( https://www.dcuniverseonline.com/news/dcuo-the-witching-hour-fall-seasonal-2020 ) has a picture that shows the Victorian Detective Mask and Cowl. In that picture the female is wearing a red dress that's somewhat torn. Does anyone know what style that is?

    Failing that, can anyone suggest a similar style for a torn dress or torn top?

    that looks like the "drowned pirate" chest piece from a time capsule, the chest has a dress bit that hangs down over the legs

    a similiar style would be the son of belial legs from JLD dlc
