I just met a guy in Kahndaq who was wearing it. He said he got it from south Gotham sub avatars. Not yet confirmed.

There's a thread now saying it's from the sub-avatars in gotham.

Sub Avatars in south Gotham. I got one for Feenicks and now I need it for an alt.

Does anyone know when this style first became available?

Confirmed. It drops from meta style sub avatars in south Gotham.

Its in south gotham.. With Brainiac NPCS.. I got mine while defeating Sub-Avatars..

Its bandito or cowb...um...nevermind.

It's definitely from the Sub-Avs in south gotham (it's been reported to drop from all three, I can confirm the tech one drops it.) Someone once posted that the Sunstone Dominators also drop them but I don't think I ever saw anyone else confirm it.
