Help please Ice DPS loadout

Hello I have a league mate that is Ice Dpsing and would like help with his loadout, I personally dont know anything about Ice so I would like any sudgestions please thank you guys for your help.

My ice dps loadout:

Resonating gale, freeze wave, ice bash, wintery tempest, reflect, wintery tempest

Try Reflection Ice Bash Bitterwinds Wintery Tempest Frost Snipe Blizzard

I would recommend having at least 2 powers in your loadout that are 50%+ Damage Modifiers. I would also recommend having a power that inflicts Frostbite and a power that Forms an Icy Field Damage Over Time if Frostbitten.

A few suggestions:

• Wintry Tempest: Ranged Field Area Damage Over Time, Inflicts Frostbite, 50% Damage Modifier
• Resonating Gale: Area Damage, Forms Icy Field if Frostbitten, 50% Damage Modifier
• Bitter Winds: Melee Area Damage Over Time, Inflicts Frostbite, Damage Prevention Shield

Yea I flubbed that up lol

Resonating gale, bitter winds, ice bash, wintery tempest, reflection, winter ward

i lead with wintery tempest and clip with reflection> resonating gale> combo> winter ward clipped with ice bash> combo > bitter winds>gale> combo> wash, rinse, repeat.

I had successes using wintry tempest, clipped with ice bash then frost blast weapon combo clipped with frost snipes then ice blast again. Resonating gale on trash mobs and freeze ray as a SC used on bosses.
