    Looks like the ¬ character that's accessed by Shift+` (Shift+backquote - it's the left-most key on the same row as the numbers, on my laptop and UK keyboard). Not sure it's somewhere else for US keyboards.

    Are you on PC? If so just simply copy paste this: ¬Killer Frost¬ (Alt + C) then in game character selection (Alt + V)
