I've had this happen three times in the last couple of months in Kandaq; I lose my HuD and am basically blind for the instance. Especially troubling as a healer since I can't see who is hurting/dying. Any chance of a fix on this because I don't think logging out and hoping for an invite back to my group is a viable long-term solution.
Losing my HUD seems random but, at the same time, seems to happen more often when I try to inspect someone during a cutscene or while flying or something. If I try to inspect someone during the Avatar of Sin cutscene during the Trigon alert, if it populates the armor I lose my HUD. If it doesn't populate the armor, I may or may not lose my HUD.
