Halloween collections dropping in reg content (why?)

Why are halloween collections dropping in reg content. Way to screw up the drop rates even more. Halloween collections should only drop in the halloween event stuff not the reg content. Fix this please as since the halloween event started i see no op collections dropping

It was always like this. It will go away when event is over.

I'm not sure that it is taking the spot of an OP collection. It depends on how it's coded. Let's say you normally get a choice of three drops. It pulls from a certain table of items. Sometimes, there's another drop. Is that "other drop" pulling from a table with seasonal collections AND OP collections in it? Or are they independent slots? Could you potentially get a seasonal and an OP drop? Is it a 10% chance for a seasonal collection to drop and a 2% chance for an OP collection, for instance? If the hypothetical fourth slot here is locked and it's EITHER an OP or a seasonal, yeah, that's rough and should probably be changed. If they're an independent roll and have independent chances to show up as extra loot, then it's no harm, no foul.

It's just extra loot. You can receive an op and seasonal collection at the same time.

Seasonal collection drops are in addition to regular drops... they have no effect on the drop rates of non-seasonal drops.

The seasonal collection drops occupy their own slot in the loot. They don't replace other loot that you would normally get. Please don't spread "fake news" about them messing up drop rates of other items.
