    Vault is daily if you're Legendary. If Premium I think it's once every 3 days ?

    how is it pay to win, if they sold all vendor gear on the market place for people to gear up then it would be pay to win, buying replay badges is not pay to win because you still have the chance at getting the gear from the vendor or as a drop without replays, yes it may take a bit longer but you can and will get it eventually, using replays only lets you get marks or drops faster, it is your choice, even if they stuck with the get all the gear at once , or the only let us have certain pieces of gear such as after update 47 you will always have a chance at getting it, once again the use of replays is your choice on how fast you want the gear, soooo please stop calling this game pay to win.
