There appear to be appearances for something called "Amazon Peltast" on character creation, but the graphics do not show up for them on the character creation screens. It leaves the same graphics, or in the case of the chest for women at least, naked with pasties over their breasts. And when your character enters the game, it's pretty much naked with pasties on breasts and the brief covering the nether regions.
