I was doing the university and arkham tours today and the kiosks either wouldn't load or after you interacted with them it wouldn't register as being completed. I had to re-log at every kiosk in order to complete the missions. I did ACE inbetween the two and it worked fine. About 5:30pm EST.
I didn't have to relog, and I didn't do Ace. I did, however, have to use each kiosk twice for it to update the quest. Same bug, except I was in Metropolis.
