So I was doing a mission(I forget which) and I received an item to start a mission called the Goddess' Favor and I was like cool. So I selected it and it told me to go to the Hall of Doom. So I'm like, uuuuuum..I'm a hero and this won't work. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I tried putting a ticket in with the support system but they pretty much told me that it "should be working" and to post this question up here. I'd love to get a tiara style for my actual villain but nothing is being done.
The issue was resolved, but you might want to add to this ticket because it looks like you had the quest open while it was fixed... https://dgcissuetracker.com/browse/DC-1020 Basically you went into a x-faction Gates and got the rare head piece quest for the wrong faction.
Take it to WW in wt , she and the "witch" give a head piece, my main hero has both, u get it during gates
