From the Game Update 20 notes: "PvP: Players will now have a default Rally location selected after being knocked out in a PvP match." Yet you still have to select rally manually every time.
I find this to be extremely annoying. It use to be that I could just press enter and go straight to my default rally point. Now, I have to target an extremely small dot on my screen. Really annoying since it usually takes a few seconds before the game even allows me to move the mouse cursor after the window is opened. This is valuable seconds being wasted while my teammates are being ganged up on.
