Considering it was in a Booster Bundle and probably the rare item of that particular bundle (it was listed first on the announcement), I wouldn't hold my breath on that one (no pun intended). Beyond the first couple of bundles, the rare item in a bundle was never re-released and tends to remain exclusive to those bundles.

They will bring it back...in the second chance vendor after another Resurgence event or two.

Really? I thought the second chance vendor is limited to past time capsules only, not past Booster Bundle/Resurgence Capsules.

I’m sure they’ll make it into a chroma like they did with the cosmic material. Which would still be nice but not the same.

Nope. Ink Material is sadly color locked to a dark greyish color.

Not a fan of the Liquid Material, but a Liquid Chroma... that could be interesting.

Something like Black / White or Silver / Liquid. I'd jump on that for my Rage character. Think about it.
