Error while trying to download new update!!!!

Thie is the Error i get. Unable to download SocketError:Unreachable - No data (11004 - 12.120.140.128 - http://dcuo.patch.station.cony.com/patch/sha/dcuo-pc/dcuo.sha.zs/6e/c97/9fe285b9d6e9a20259e6683e81de585350d

This is really kind of abboying i have been trying to download this patch all morning and afternoon, I pay to play this game and i cant play it cause i cant download it, i would appreciate a timely response if possible thank you

i have read the other posts, any solution that was posted did not work, i uninstalled the program and tried re-installing it again didnt work help please
