I know I’ll immediately hear this should be in Joker’s Fun House; but I was reading this article, and it really struck me how this story is Episode 41: https://www.cbr.com/justice-league-dc-genesis-crossover-event/ Some lost power. Some gained power. Some lost faith. Others tried to step up to fill the void. Riots in the streets. An impending doom that can only be dealt with if the broken pieces can come back together.
