Late reply but I can give you my "input" on what you want to know 1. Normal Healing: Purple Healing Ray, Page of Destiny, Scrap or Trans or EoG EoG Spam: Scrap, Page, EoG 2. Normal Healnig: Surge, Recover, Galv, Flux, Bio Cap, GT (or 2500 SC with EoG) EoG Spam: Surge, Recover, Galv, Flux (or Bio Cap), 2500 SC, 2500 SC 3. Currently 620 SP - Brawling WM - Super Power Focus - All in Resto then in might&power + Reserve Tank chestmod 4. Started DC in 2013. My current character is from Feb 2014. Healing since then. Electricity "mainly" since DWFe.

Listen I'm not here to debate you , so please stop, and before you start, lets end it here, thank you.
1. Transformation, strategist, and demon fang. 2. Listed below. 3. 460 on that character I think. 4. Electric, since early 2013 I believe. Powers: Electrogenesis, arc lightning, galvanize, recover, bio capacitor, flux. I spec hybrid, dual wield into bow mastery. After every mastery attack I cast arc lightning and clip it with galvanize. (ST attack is faster, so I'll use those powers, then on the second attack I'll use recover). Electrogenesis always stays on (great HoT). Arc does damage to enemies and heals everyone it hits (good for keeping a tank topped off). Galvanize gets stronger as it moves, and heals pets. Recover, recovers 4 ppl. Bio cap is your safety net heal, + heals 8ppl. Flux, 4 man shield. (Could use a SC in place if you prefer or another heal). I've successfully healed with this loadout for years, elite content too.

All you need to heal is page and purple. All you need is your group heal, priority heal, and group shield. Everything else is extra. It just depends on what you want out of the loadout. If you have good reaction time than you can use gemini as your 3th artifact and add 2 2500 cost supercharges to your loadout. Then you can finish off your loadout with bio cap or galvanize. If you aren't confident in your loadout than you can use transformation in your 3rd slot to buff the crits in on your healing and have more loadout slots to work with.
