Elastic/rubber Powerset Type: Tank

    Like a light + acrobatics = Elastic type set
    Imagine gliding but you entire body is flat like a squirrel or when you’re grappling up a building but your arm is extended

    And I’m also Mister Ultimate the only difference is Mr Ultimate is mobile communication while Misters Ultimate is pc communication. So don’t get confused on which one I am.
