You can check your stats while in event instances to see exactly how much the buff is.

You can have 50 bazillion in healing, but if the party can't make it through the instance, it won't matter. Properly timed shields, and skilled players avoiding attacks, make for lower healing numbers on the scoreboard. However, those things make for better and more successful runs. The best heal is the one that doesn't have to be used. I wish people would realize this more.

I would debate this exact point on your reply, friendly way absolutely, saying the best healer is the one who is there for the exact time they are needed.
Not debate on players avoiding damage being better than an super duper op healer with a bazillion resto.
Oh and for the OP, numbers in leaderboard referring to healing out are tricky, friendly NPC will receive heals that score in the board but are wasted resources in almost all content. Sorcery's Circle of Protection or Electric's Galvanize can add millions by healing NPCs.
