This is my personal load out. Tesla ball- electrocute- voltaic bolt- wired- arc lightning or sonic cry (depending on gender as even though sonic cry is my fav power it feels weird using it on a male character) and lastly since the damage super charges are not worth it I use word of power. This load out is viable as a ranged or melee build, especially if you use sonic. As I said this is my personal load out, I'm not saying its the best load out.
Close range I went electrogenesis, electrocute, electrostatic bomb, wired, voltaic bolt, electroburst. Make sure to use wired before electrocute. Rotation: (">" symbolized a cilpping of the animation) Electrogenesis > Wired Weapon Combo > Electrocute Weapon Combo > Electroburst Weapon Combo > Voltaic Bolt (until Wired is ready again) Repeat

when I was Electric, I used this loadout 4 melee with the 1-handed : E-Burst, E-Bomb, E-genesis, E-Cute, Wired/SC & Static Push for the PI (Polarized Power Interaction)
