dps can stun?

Why can dps stun using powers? I thought it was OP.

Exactly that's what was said when shard got its stun and root taken away but now I see mental gadgets electric quantum nature all stunning adds what gives?

And they do it in dps role.

As a Nature DPS, I can stun ads in anything but Raids, Alerts, or Operations. I don't have the Dominance necessary to break the threshold. Duos and such don't use Dominance rules.

Then why doesn't shard stun in duos? And I see adds get stunned in the new to alerts I know cause I'm usually healing them

Shards either needs to have it's stun reinstated or.. the other DPS stuns need to see the same fate.

Um yeah this is not productive.

Right I didn't gripe to much when they took it away but every time I see a dps stun something it makes me mad. Was in necro and a gadgets dps was putting adds asleep
