And yes, I fully participated in the fight and received no loot box at all. And the alert loot-locked right after. This isn't the first time I experienced this. There were times I was doing tier1 solo instances and didn't receive loot box from that either. It seems when you do instances more than once this happens, and it just started happening.
There are no loot-boxes in Valentine's Day seasonal alert. You only get seasonal marks, a random Letterman emblem and a cookie consumable. You may also receive Mr Freeze's gun style, but that's a random drop.
Something similar happened to me during the Anniversary Event. I was running SFFe was at first boss when I dc'd just before the boss died. When I logged back in the first boss loot was locked and I didn't receive any Elite Commendation Box. It was painful but I cut my losses and moved on. Couldn't be bothered going through the hassle of informing support of what transpired.
