Question for most of earth weapon animations the animation color seems to go from brown to dull white is that intended?
It can really be seen with the staff.

Brown is not a color, it's a perception of color. It does not exist in the rainbow, as neither do black nor white. Brown is how a red, orange, or yellow with a dark hue is perceived, and that is also dependent on the context (background, surroundings) it is shown in.

rainbows and ps3's are racist against brown ( brown only gets loved from peanutbutter and brownies)

You say it's not a color and then you link the Wikipedia article that says it's a color in the first sentence.

Further down it says that auburn hair is a reddish brown and then it shows me a pic of Susan Sarandon.
Not sure what to make of it.

Okay. Here's the deal. "Color" colloquially refers to what we see. I could have been clearer by saying "brown is not a color in itself" or "brown is not a color, per se". In the article you can find where it says "brown is a color perception...", as I went on to say in my original post.

We call brown, black, white, and others "colors", but they are not represented by a frequency of light. They are not "colors" in the true sense of it. They are not actually what we perceive them as.

Brown is an illusion of color. A color perception. Not an actual existent thing which is objectively "brown". Brown is relative. Hence it may appear white in parts of the game as the OP was saying.

Just because a color doesn't have a physical representation as a light wave of a single wavelength doesn't make it any less of a color.
When it comes to light, some colors are formed of single wavelengths some are formed of multiple, some can be either without us being able to distinguish visually (yellow is the best example).
Defining colors is intrinsically linked to perception, you cannot separate the two.

Oh sure it does... But it doesn't.

Ask an artist is white and black are colors, and they say yes.
Ask a physicist, and they say no.

    Brown.....
It's important to accept that "Brown" is a generalization name for a color that can be differently defined by everyone. Some people see a tan, or chocolate, or burnt sienna color and call it "Brown". None are wrong in that perception as it is an individual definition.

In the print industry, there are standards for matching all colors. The most common is the Pantone Matching System, a book of color mixing instructions for hundreds of colors. Most "browns" include mixing several basic colors to match specific needs.

The RGB system in video games is light based. The basic colors are Red, Green and Blue. The intensity level of each of these colors determines the final appearance when Tints (white light) and Hues (black light) are added.

CYMK is the mixture of Cyan, Yellow, Magenta and Hue/Tint , again, frequently used in the print industry.

Black and white, as pigment, are colors, white reflecting the most light and black reflecting the least light.
In the RGB system, white is the brightest level of all 3 colors combined while black is the absence of all three colors.

On topic though, every powerset has a few colors associated with it.

Nature is green and orange, quantum is blue and white, etc.

Debating whether or not something is a color based solely on its presence on the visible spectrum, ignores the simple fact that all color is perception. There is no intrinsic property of the visible spectrum that makes it special, it only exists because it is what we perceive.

Magenta is also a color which is not on the spectrum, and can only be made by combining blue and red light.
