I sold 3 items on the broker and received mail saying they sold but I still have not gotten the money for the sale.
I never experienced this issue, but as far as I know the money gets transferred automatically to your character once an item is sold, and the mail is only a confirmation with no attachments. If it was a small amount, maybe you didn't notice (it happened to me lol) but if not, I suggest you submit a support ticket, since maybe it's an issue with your character/account. Good luck!
