Yep, I unlocked the feat on an alt and received the item in the mail hoping to transfer it to my bank, but I couldn't. But apparently the devs are working on it.

and the damaged T-Sphere from the vendor while you're at it please.

Also, please make the the Laughing Accessory and the Thanagarian Champion Helm account bound as well. I finished the collections on my main character, but want to use the styles on my alternates. :-(
