Hello, Simply equipping the artifact allows for this artifact to work. This should not be happening as artifacts are supposed to be disabled in arena, and this problem is part of a broad problem with allies and artifacts in arena however, you do not have to go through other steps necessary to get other artifacts working. This artifact were simply by equipping it.
