Extra damage of 30 to get cirts hardly over 100 is way to low compared to other buff procs. Please consider re-adjusting the damage range on the procs. Suggestion: Please just get rid of the healing portion of this power as it is NEVER used for that purpose. Increase the procs to 3 and get rid of the healing proc for balance. This is purely a DPS power, it should of never had a healing proc attached to it.
