Counter Immunity and PvP Update

Last week, we implemented what we had expected to be the first of many small, incremental changes to PvP on the test server by removing counter immunities. As we saw over the weekend, changes to the game and especially to PvP can be highly controversial, and their impact - again especially in PvP - can be difficult to assess ahead of time.

Our intent was to be cautious, start at the beginning, and reshape PvP bit by bit into something enjoyed more and enjoyed by more players. After further review and exploring the response over the weekend, this was not the change to begin with.

We have restored immunities to PvP on test and reverted the change, for now, as we re-evaluate what path can have meaningful and positive impact on PvP.
