Constant 0x0009 error

    Hello, I just recently upgraded to Comcast Xfinity 1 gigabit. The problem is that I can connect to DCUO with no issues, but when I change zones in the game it will freeze up and will disconnect with error code 0x0009. If I stay in the same zone for a while eventually it freezes and disconnects me, same error code. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game, and port forwarding.

    This has been happening on my Xbox account, and on my PC account and is the only game that I have been having issues with. I was hoping someone else might know how to fix this issue or give me some other suggestions on how to fix it.
