collections not spawning!

    i was farming collections on china town metropolis but the collections are not spawning i even have a guide. is this a glitch?

    Are you on PS3? They take a lot longer to spawn on a PS3. I just hit Chinatown right now and found two collections almost immediately.

    Sorry but those in Chinatown are farmed a lot so the phase you're in may have loads of competition.

    Even if I'm in PVP Phase when I'm farming any area and it has a low spawn rate I will pick random names from chat and try to phase with them, finding a low populated phase does wonders. Finding a low populated phase can take some time, depending on when you actually play, like "Primetime" for T.V. the amount of viewers depends on the time of day.
