Not A Bug Clarion Guard Not Procing in Tank Role

  1. Vengeance Gray Level 30

    I have the Clarion Artifact leveled up to 80 on my Fire Tank. I've gone to Flashpoint Doomsday multiple times, hit my weapon buff and use a weapon attack on Doomsday. The shield animation doesn't show up and in my healing out log never shows the shield absorbing any damage.

    I also tested this on the HOL Sparring Targets and the shield animation never shows.

    I've seen it work on test server, but this is not happening on live server.

    You don't get the shield until rank 120.
