Character stuck in wrong city (cant teleport haven't finished the first mission)

    I need assisstance my character, papier white, is stuck in Gotham when I need him in Metropolis, please help me I spent ages getting a white aura I don't want to have to restart.

    If you are at least Level 6, you can use the Warp to HQ feature in your Map menu.
    There are Teleporters in your HQ (Hall of Doom or Watchtower) to 5 safehouses.
    Three of the safehouses are in Metropolis.

    If you are not yet Level 6, visit the closest safehouse.
    There is a Teleporter in the safehouse that will take you to your original safehouse.
    Once you complete certain mission lines, the Teleporter list will include other safehouses.
