Celestial Combo Power Cost - Mepps, Dev Team

I'm not certain if this is by design or not. But, I remember when combo was free in celestial and now the actual combo cost power to cast.

Is this by design or is this in error. I don't remember celestial combos costing power prior to AM and during AM period.
Power consumption is very high healer and dps.
Maybe higher power pool is required.

Could we get some clarification this subject please.

The combo powers all seem a little power thirsty compared to their damage.

All combo powersets now cost power to cast combos, not just celestial

Yeah, by combo powers I meant HL, Celestial, and Atomic. They seem a little thirsty.

I have anatomic tank that seems to do just fine. But when watching our leagues celestial users it just seems way above and beyond

Atomic tank is a special case. If you flip to DPS, you will see a pretty marked difference.
