Can't redeem purchased marketplace items after deleting

So, I had purchased the form: robot pterosaur, the form: angry gorilla, and the guise: small robot and while I was clearing out somethings from my inventory I had accidentally deleted those three items. I went back to the marketplace and was hoping to get them back but I couldn't. Could you please fix this bug because I had purchased these with my hard earned cash.

I take it that going to the Redeem Tab didn't give you the option to redeem it again? Also, what platform are you playing on (PC, PS3, or PS4?)

What about Item Restore™? I've never used it but I think this situation is why it was created. Also, you can flag items that you don't want to delete, sell or salvage.

As long as the items still show up in item restore, they cannot be redeemed again.

Once they are gone from item restore list, you can redeem them again.

It was on the ps4.

Any luck obtaining the items again?

Many winters ago.... I deleted my Portable Workstation by accident.

And could not redeem it again.

But did the Vault..... and my Workstation dropped from the Vault.

No idea how that is even possible.... but was like 4 years ago when the Portable Workstation had just been added to the game.
