Can't Put Skill Point Into Supersonic at Level 9

    I currently have two toons I've taken to level 9 and the skill point isn't being accepted when I try to use it for the supersonic skill on either of them.

    I've restarted several times and the issue doesn't resolve itself. Please look into this as slow travel is aaarrrrgggghhhh!!!

    No it's level 9 required. Same here. This didn't happen to me until the new update.

    it was level 9, I had the same problem. It allowed me to put the point in at level 10.
